DELICIOUS CHERRY CHOCOLATE CAKE: A dessert bursting with flavor!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup pitted cherries
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder

DIRECTIONS

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a cake pan.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter and sugar until creamy.

Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.

Melt chocolate chips and fold them into the batter gently.

Gently stir in pitted cherries.

Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl, then mix into the wet ingredients.

Gradually add milk to achieve a smooth consistency.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Let the cake cool before slicing and serving.
