CHERRY CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM CAKE: Creamy, rich, and full of flavor! Emma, 29/03/2025 Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs 1/3 cup sugar 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted 1 pint cherry ice cream, softened 1 cup fresh cherries, pitted and halved 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips 1/2 cup whipped cream 1/4 cup chocolate sauce Directions: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare the crust – In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well mixed. Bake – Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie pan. Bake for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden, then allow it to cool completely. Prepare the filling – In another bowl, gently fold the softened cherry ice cream with the fresh cherries and mini chocolate chips. Spread this mixture into the cooled crust. Freeze – Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until the ice cream is firm. Garnish and serve – Just before serving, top with whipped cream, fresh cherries, additional mini chocolate chips, and drizzle with chocolate sauce. Serve and enjoy. Recipes
