  • 1 packet gelatin (vegetable alternatives like agar are recommended)
  • 500 g desired fruit (such as strawberries or raspberries)

How to Prepare Fruit Cake with Biscuits?

In a mixing bowl, whisk the margarine and powdered sugar until fluffy. Add the sour cream and, if desired, chopped fruit, then mix well. Add 4 tablespoons of cold water to the gelatin and let it swell.

In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Melt the swollen gelatin according to the instructions on the package and add it to the fruit mixture, carefully stirring until all components are well combined.

In a rectangular dish, arrange a layer of biscuits soaked in milk, followed by half of the filling. Then, add another layer of biscuits, spread the remaining filling, and smooth the top. Allow the cake to cool well, then decorate with fruit cubes and proceed with cutting into servings.
